The project includes a 33,800 SF storage hangar with a 14,000 SF shop/support space and a 5,000 SF vehicle parking garage. The floor to roof glass curtainwall in the main lobby space offers sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains for employees and customers. The main lobby and employee office spaces offer a variety of seating and break-out spaces, huddle rooms, and a break room for informal meetings and gatherings. The meeting spaces are capped off with a large corporate conference room located off the main lobby which also contains views of the snow-capped mountains. The project also includes an exterior parking canopy for thirty vehicles, fourteen EV charging stations and has an 85kW solar array on the hangar roof. Natural light abounds in the in hangar space with translucent panels on the East and West side of the hangar and via aluminum windows located in each of the hangar door panels.
