The project includes a 30,000 SF storage hangar with a 5,500 SF snow removal equipment storage area, a 3,600 SF lobby/tenant support space, and 2,000 SF of interior tenant parking garage space. The project also includes aircraft ramp paving, parking lot paving, the renovation of an existing pump house and the installation of a new generator for the water supply.
