About:

The project consists of a 15,360 SF aircraft storage hangar with a 18,745 SF, two-story office/support space. The first floor of the office/support space includes fixed wing and rotor office suites, a shared shop space, equipment storage space, and an open office area. The second floor includes a general open office area, individual offices, conference room, lecture room, locker room, and an employee break room. The project includes a 99 stall parking lot with a 9,500 SF parking canopy for 15 ambulance, and also includes a vehicle wash bay. The project includes 30,000 SF aircraft ramp paving adjacent to the hangar and 53,500 SF taxiway paving.
