About:
The project includes two storage hangars with separate lean-to shop office spaces. Hangar P consists of a 31,500 SF storage hangar with two lean-to shop office spaces, one containing a 4,200 SF shop/office lean-to with tenant spaces, and the other containing a 3,450 SF shop/office lean-to with tenant spaces. Hangar Q consists of a 20,500 SF corporate flight department storage hangar and a two-story, 9,500 SF shop office space with a tenant lobby, conference room, open office employee workstation area, private employee offices, and a shop space. The project also includes parking lot paving and aircraft ramp paving. This project is currently under construction.
