The project includes a 39,900 SF storage hangar with a 10,800 SF shop/office support space, which includes four individual tenant shop/office suites with a common entry space on one half of the lean-to and a 5,400 SF tenant space with shop and office spaces, conference room, employee breakroom, and a separate entrance with customer lobby and restrooms. The project also included parking lot paving and aircraft ramp paving.
