About:
The project includes a 30,000 SF storage hangar with a 2,600 SF shop/support space with three individual tenant suites and a 1,900 SF GSE support space with wash bay. The project also includes over 15,000 SF of aircraft ramp paving and 5,000 SF of parking lot paving. A portion of each paving area is equipped with snowmelt capability. The design incorporates translucent panels at the hangar door and back wall, and the hangar door is sized to accommodate all Group II aircraft.
