About:
Design and construction of a new maintenance hangar at Grand Junction Regional Airport for West Star Aviation. The project includes a 39,500 SF Maintenance Hangar, with a 37,200 SF two-story shop/office area. The shop/office area includes customer lounge and customer office suite, project manager offices, break room, interiors install shop, seat shop, sheet metal shop, composite shop, tool room, parts warehouse, and equipment storage areas. The project also includes aircraft paving to connect the new maintenance hangar to the existing campus aircraft pavement and additions to the existing parking lot areas. This project is currently under construction with completion expected in the fall of 2026.
