WEST STAR AVIATION – CHATTANOOGA

Project Details:

This 40,000 SF maintenance hangar includes a two story shop/office space with corporate office areas, customer office areas, conference room, break room, support spaces, shop spaces, warehouse areas, and a shipping/receiving area. The second floor is set up for the future expansion of the maintenance facility and a portion of this space has been fitted up with a Paint Booth. The maintenance hangar was built concurrently with a 40,000 SF paint hangar which includes a down draft paint bay, a cross draft bay and a shop/office lean-to. The project also includes site work with the construction of an access road, aircraft ramp, parking lot and the extension of site utilities to the building.
