About:
The project consists of a new North American Aircraft Service Center for Pilatus. The Service Center encompasses over 88,000 SF and consists of a two-bay maintenance hangar, a storage hangar bay, a two-story office area and single story shop/office areas. The two-story area of the Service Center includes a customer design center, board room, administration office area, pilot's lounge, conference room, employee offices, and employee training areas. The Service Center also features a delivery suite for the presentation of newly completed aircraft with full height glass overlooking the hangar delivery bay. The single story shop/office area includes Service employee offices, employee break room tool storage, shop support spaces, parts room and a shipping/receiving area. The project includes 50,000 SF of parking lot paving and over 130,000 SF of aircraft ramp paving. This project is currently under construction.
