The facility includes two 40,000 SF maintenance hangar bays with aircraft drive-thru capability and over 120,000 SF of aircraft ramp paving. Directly adjacent to the hangar spaces on the first floor are maintenance shops, parts and storage areas totaling over 47,000 SF. Additionally, second floor space totaling over 47,000 SF includes maintenance storage spaces, future shops and corporate offices.
