About:
This project is comprised of an 8,960 SF vehicle maintenance area, a 1,950 SF wash bay, and 3,440 SF of shop and office space. The facility consists of four general service bays, a wash bay and one lift bay for tire repair/replacement, grease and lubrication and undercarriage services. The facility also provides for tire and parts storage, employee break areas, and general administrative offices. Special attention was paid to the orientation of the building to maximize latent solar gain and minimize the effects of the harsh winds present at the site.
