The project encompasses a 14,400 SF, two level building addition, which is attached to the existing 10,000 SF Church facility. This addition is Phase Two of a planned three phase overall master plan. The upper level of the addition consists of a 3,200 SF fellowship hall that can also be used as overflow seating for the auditorium. The remainder of this level consists of 4,000 SF of offices and clerical support space. The lower level includes 3,000 SF of classrooms and 4,200 SF of future expansion space. Phase Three of the overall Church Master Plan will include a 1,200 seat auditorium with additional classrooms, office and support spaces.
