This 53,000 SF paint hangar includes a downdraft bay for pristine aircraft paint jobs and a cross draft bay for sanding, striping and priming. The structure of the building is set up to accommodate a future cross draft paint bay for more flexibility in the painting process. The attached lean-to includes shop manager office spaces, employee break room, locker room, paint storage area, support shops restrooms and a waste treatment room.
