The project consists of a 28,000 SF storage hangar with a 2,600 SF Lean-to. The Lean-to support space includes five individual offices with a lobby space. Additionally, the lean-to includes a shop work area with general storage space, a parts room, and a snowmelt boiler system for the aircraft ramp.
