DUNCAN AVIATION – BATTLE CREEK

Project Details:

This project entailed a multi-phase renovation of an existing maintenance and completions facility and the design and construction of a new maintenance hangar and new paint hangar. The phased renovations encompassed a grand total of over 883,000 SF. The phased renovation included 146,000 SF of hangars, 54,000 SF of administration/customer areas, 28,700 SF parts/storage/GSE spaces, 83,000 SF of work shops, a 2,600 SF aircraft fuel canopy, 13,500 SF of storage/future expansion areas, and over 554,000 SF of aircraft ramp paving work.
