The project serves to expand the client’s West Coast presence with a new General Aviation Aircraft Service Center. The Service Center consists of two buildings, a Maintenance Hangar and a Paint Hangar. The Maintenance hangar consists of two separate hangar spaces for aircraft maintenance along with three two-story support spaces for shops storage and offices. The design of this facility includes customer reception and lobby spaces, executive offices, conference rooms, a large employee break room, and an employee work out facility. The overall square footage of the Maintenance Hangar is 218,000 square feet. The Paint Hangar consists of a Down Draft Paint Bay, a Cross Draft Bay, offices, shops and storage areas for support. The overall square footage of the Paint Hangar is 57,500 square feet.
