About:
The project consists of the construction of a new Customer Experience Center on the existing Pilatus campus at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. This two-story, 56,000 SF facility includes a customer design showroom, design conference rooms, materials library, and a customer delivery suite with full height glass opening onto a 6,000 SF customer delivery hangar bay. Additional spaces in the facility include a seat shop area, employee offices, employee break room and on the second floor, a large, flexible employee work station area for customer relations workstations, engineering workstations, parts sales workstations, PM offices, and several breakout/collaborative work areas. Construction operations are expected to commence in late spring of 2026.
