Design and construction of a new maintenance hangar facility and an addition to an existing maintenance hangar at Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport. The new maintenance hangar facility includes a 40,000 SF hangar bay, with a 15,600 SF single story shop/office area. The shop/office area includes a customer lounge and customer office suite, project manager offices, break room, conference room, composite shop, tool room, GSE storage room, and interiors storage. The project also includes aircraft paving to connect the new maintenance hangar to the existing campus aircraft pavement. The addition project comprises a two-story 33,000 SF shop/office spaces, including interiors storage, accessories storage, battery rooms, PM offices, small parts sanding booth and parts paint booths on the first floor, while the second floor remains a shell space for future expansion. This project is currently under construction with completion expected in the spring of 2027.
