The project includes a 29,000 SF storage hangar built directly adjacent to an existing storage hangar on the Sheltair campus as Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. The project also includes 6,200 SF of shop/office space for six individual tenants, a parking lot for 95 vehicle including a parking canopy attached to the hangar, and over 30,000 SF of aircraft ramp paving.
